Project Overview
The Residence is a prestigious development located in Ponton Road, Nine Elms – part of an upmarket residential area, close to Battersea Park, which is fast being recognised as London’s newest district.
EVI designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a range of high-tech Security, Reception, Perimeter Protection and Off-Site Monitoring services for both the construction site (while the 510 apartments were being built) and to meet the needs of the residents who now occupy these luxury premises.
