EVI is a well-established family business incorporated in 1994. The ethos of the company has always been centred around offering a personal, friendly and professional service to all our clients, however big or small.
By providing a 5-star customer promise and through over 2 decades of expertise, EVI as a company has grown organically year-on-year, retaining many of its clients and gaining many referrals and recommendations along the way.
Today, EVI is an industry leader in complete Security, Fire, Reception and Data System solutions to the commercial residential market housing associations, principal contractors, electrical contractors, property management companies and housing associations.
Being a “one-stop solutions provider” allows us to offer a full range of products and services including planning, design, installation, commissioning and training. We back all of this up with a quick response service solution, with a target response time of 12 hours, and tailored maintenance agreements to suit our clients’ needs and budgets.

We understand the needs of the construction industry, commercial and residential management sectors and collaborate closely with our clients and their architects, design consultants, agents, contractors, residents and end-users.
